Superbuy eyewear: compare measurements first
Keep the lens width, bridge width and temple length from a pair that already fits you. Ray-Ban’s official guide explains these frame labels in millimetres. Compare each measurement with the exact option you are considering; a similar silhouette does not establish the same fit.
Ask the seller to identify the lens type and provide documentation for any UV or other performance claim. A catalog image or standard warehouse photo cannot establish those properties. Before arranging shipping, check the ordered colour, hinges, visible frame damage and whether the protective case is included.

Superbuy jewelry & watches: separate the fit checks
For a ring, record whether the seller uses a numbered size, inner diameter or finger circumference, and keep the unit. Gucci’s ring guide distinguishes inner diameter from its own numbered sizes. Use it as a method reference, then follow the chart for the listing you selected; do not transfer a brand size number to an unrelated item.
For a bracelet or watch, request its usable length or adjustment range, case dimensions and included links. A dial photo helps identify a visible design, but does not verify movement specifications, water resistance or material composition. Keep unresolved claims with the seller’s written answer, and check the clasp and ordered option before packing.
Measure where you intend to wear the belt and compare a belt you already use. Ask whether the listed length includes the buckle, ends at a particular hole, or describes the entire strap. Those values are not interchangeable. Gucci’s Double G guide measures to the third hole from the buckle’s outer edge; that is an example for those styles, not a rule for every catalog belt.
Check the strap width against your belt loops, the available adjustment holes and the buckle fastening. Keep the chosen length, colour and included hardware in your order record. If a measurement photo is needed, name both endpoints and the unit so the result answers the actual sizing question.

Applies to Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688. Item price, domestic delivery, international shipping and chosen extras remain separate.
Xianyu, Paipai and Zhuanzhuan carry CNY 20 per order item (DI). Kongfz and unlisted platforms carry 10%, with a CNY 10 minimum and CNY 20 maximum; special services have separate terms.
For shopping-agent orders, standard inspection checks the ordered style, quantity, colour, size/model and visible damage. Selecting inspection allows non-sealed packaging to be opened.
Sealed goods and packaging-only checks limit what can be seen; 1688 has separate sampling rules. Standard QC is a visual check, not proof of authenticity or fit. Detail photos and re-inspection are paid options.
The clock starts at “Arrived in Warehouse”. Days 91–180 cost CNY 0.1 per DI per day, collected when submitting the parcel. The normal storage limit is 180 days.
To stay beyond that limit, buy an extension before expiry: CNY 10 per DI/month, up to six additional months per purchase. It extends the deadline; daily storage charges still apply. Unresolved items past the limit may be disposed of. Unidentified or incomplete incoming parcels have a separate 60-day period.

How long can I keep items in Superbuy’s warehouse?
Normal inbound items have 90 free days and a 180-day standard limit. After day 90, daily storage charges apply. A paid deadline extension is separate from those charges. Check the storage summary and dated official terms, and your own item’s expiry date.
Do the prices include shipping?
